Snap Hasps or Tuck Locks
These are 1-inch snap hasps (also known as tuck locks) that can be attached to your case with screws, rivets, or nails. Nickel-plated steel.

These are brass-plated steel d-rings made to fit on 1-inch straps. They are open-eyed, which means they aren't welded shut.
The metal is about 1/8" in diameter, which is pretty heavy duty, so it takes quite a bit of pressure to open these up. In other words, they're very good quality d-rings.

Fashion Belt Stocklots
Groups of 100 Leather Belts
High fasion women's belts made by 'Accessories by M' in Colorado. These are well-made belts, all lined (two layers of leather, stitched together), and ready for you to attach your own buckles.
These come in two widths: 25mm and 40mm. Sold in random groups of 100 belts for $450, 48-state USA shipping included. You'll receive a mixture of colors, lengths, and widths.
These seem to be mixed into 4 sizes: Small, Medium, large, and XL. The small belts are about 35" long (keep in mind that some of this would need to be doubled over
so that you can attach the buckle), Medium belts are about 39" long, Large belts are 43" long, and XL belts are about 47" long. These lengths don't have anything to do with waist size, or not much, anyway.
Figure with the buckle attached and then accounting for where the holes are punched each belt will fit these waist sizes:
Small belts fit waist size 26" to 30"
Medium belts fit waist size 30" to 34"
Large belts fit waist size 34" to 38"
X-Large belts fit waist size 38" to 44"
Again, you'll receive a mixture of these sizes.
