Large Quiver with Badger
Fur Top
This is an extra large,
extra heavy leather back quiver for use by a traditional archer who wants
the best.
Completely hand made by
Fred Schoolik at his home in northern Pennsylvania. Badger fur trim
on top extends 6 inches down inside the quiver, to help reduce noise
made by your arrows.
The opening is 7" long by 3" wide, and the quiver is 16" deep. Decorated
with white tail deer antler tips and genuine wild boar tusks.
Fully adjustable chest straps,
which has also been hand-tooled. The strap edges have been hand laced
with flat leather lacing.
The entire quiver and strap
have been protected with a clear coat finish.

Large Quiver Made With Camouflage Leather
This is a completely hand made back quiver constructed of 6 and 8 oz leather with a camouflage pattern permanently bonded to it.
Genuine Russian snowshoe rabbit fur surrounds the opening and extends down about 4 inches inside the quiver.
Adjustable chest strap that has been hand-laced down both edges with flat leather lacing.
Over 60 hours of work invested in this quiver. Large quiver size will easily hold a dozen and a half arrows,
and will work well with bird/small game/flu-flu arrows.

Fred bought a series of
Timber Wolf knives and then sat down to make custom sheaths for each knife.
This is a limited edition
of 20 knives only. Each sheath is numbered on the back, with a note
burned in by the Mountain Man himself.
Knife is a Timber Wolf Paka
Skinner with a stainless 3-5/8" blade, laser cut out of the wolf's head,
and a hardwood handle with contoured grip.
Each sheath is hand tooled,
hand laced, and hand finished by Fred. High quality snaps and rivets
used, and all protected with three coats of Neat-Lac finish.

Medium Knives
Limited Edition of 10 Knives
This custom fixed blade
hunter is constructed for hours of outdoor adventure. It's the perfect
knife for medium sized game like mule deer or whitetail deer.
Equipped with a stainless
steel blade that's accented with a brass guard and pommel. The handle
is made of stacked hardened leather, traditional for this style of knife.
The knife is 8 and 3/4 inches
long overall, with a 4 inch blade. Each sheath is signed and numbered.
Fred has completely hand
made this sheath using premium vegetable tanned cowhide leather.
He tooled the patterns on each sheath by hand, and signed/numbered each
one.
Each sheath is hand laced
with round lacing, which is much stronger than traditonal flat lacing.
A gusset has been added inside each sheath to protect the lacing from the
blade of the knife.
Each sheath is finished
with three coats of Neat-Lac finish.

The 7 and 3/8-inch surgical
steel blade offers superb cutting action. The solid wood handle is

and pommel. The sheath is completely hand made by the Mountain Man
himself, all hand-tooled,

coats of Neat-Lac finish. Each sheath is signed and numbered.

Mountain Man's Damascus Cowboy Knife
Need a good, heirloom-quality knife to get you through hunting season for the next few decades; a kinfe you can pass on to your descendants?
This is the knife for you. This knife is made with 512 layer Damascus steel, not the cheap stuff, with an overall length of 10-3/4". The blade extends the full length of the handle.
Bone handle is held in place with six brass pins. A great knife to own and to look at.
Fred made the sheath using heavy vegetable tanned USA cowhide, and he hand-tooled some oak leaves into it, stained it, and protected it with several coats of sealer.
This is one of Fred's most prized possessions.

Custom Hand Made Side Quiver
This is a completely hand made side quiver constructed of 6 and 8 oz leather, all hand tooled by the Mountain Man himself.
Will fit on any belt up to 1-7/8" wide. This quiver was on display at an archery center in PA for two years, so it has already aged to that
sought-after golden color. Top opening is lined with fur trim, as shown.
Over 80 hours of workmanship have been invested in this quiver. Western floral and maple leaf designs were
hand-traced onto the leather and then hand tooled. Brass rivets were used to hold the seams together, and each rivet has been covered with a leather cap.
You can purchase plastic tubes at your local golf store if you like using tubes inside your side quiver, or use it the way it is, with no tubes.

Hand Made Belt
Fits Waist Sizes 43 to 50 inches
If this belt won't hold your pants up then you should probably switch to a skirt. Very heavy duty belt, completely hand made by the Mountain Man using heavy 8-10 oz tooling leather.
This belt was on display for over two years, so it has already aged to that nice golden brown color. Fred made this belt in 2006.
Acorn and oak leaf patterns were hand tooled. Fits waist sizes from 43 to 50 inches.
Belt buckle is heavy duty keeper style.

Custom Hand Made Calf Skin Side Quiver for Crossbow Arrows
Made completely with hair-on calf skin, showing the natural spotted pattern of the calf.
A one-of-a-kind side quiver, made for use with crossbow arrows. The belt, which is also calf skin, is lined with 3 oz vegetable leather, all hand sewn together.
The quiver is 15 inches long; top edge is decorated with nickel-plated western conchos.
The buckle is also one of a kind, hand painted by a PA artist, showing an archer standing at full draw.
Belt fits waist sizes from 38 to 45 inches, and you can punch holes in the belt to fit other sizes in between.

Hand laced with 2mm leather lacing. This quiver was on display in a PA archery shop for two years, so it has already aged to a nice, golden brown color.
Western design with maple leaves, which were hand traced and tooled into the leather. Fred takes the time to make leather caps for the rivets that hold the quiver together - so it's all leather on the outside.
Over 200 hours of workmanship have been invested in this quiver.

Belt Strap Key Holders
Fred makes these nicely-tooled (or camouflage) leather belt strap key holders in two sizes - if you buy a large one, you get a small one for free.
The small ones are not for sale by themselves. These are nice straps - just unsnap it, loop it over your belt, snap it closed, and attach your key ring to the snap hook. Very handy.
The leather part of the large tooled holder measures 6 inches long when snapped shut. The leather on the small ones measures about 3-1/2" long when closed.
