Wall trunks are very, very
cool in the trunk world. The hinges are specially designed so that
the top can be opened
even when the trunk is backed
right up to a wall. See, the problem with most regular trunks
is that if you want to open
the darned thing you have to make sure it's about 8 inches away from the
wall first.
That's just fine if the
trunk is empty, but if you've got your collection of Popular Mechanics
magazines stored in there
it can become quite a wrestling
match. No problem when you own a wall trunk.
Norm has refinished this
one inside and out, painted the pressed metal sheets in a nice, green color,
and painted the flat metal a glossy black.
The lock does not work and
there is no key.

by 20 inches front to back, and stands 22 inches tall.
