This trunk has been consigned
to us by Maine craftsman Norm Davidson.
Mid-sized packing trunk with
pinwheel-pattern pressed metal sheets covering the outside.
Hardwood slats have ben
sanded smooth and finished with tung oil.
The pressed metal sheets
are their natural silvery color- no paint on them, although Norm used stain
to darken the background pattern a bit.
Kind of makes the pinwheels
jump out at you.
The corners and all black
parts you see have been painted.
Measures 32 inches wide
by 20 inches front to back, and stands 22 inches tall at the peak of the
rounded top.
No keys.

- we don't mind them a bit. We aren't one of those "hold your check
for two weeks" joints. We try to ship as soon as possible.
