We'd be glad to make a tray to fit your trunk - here's how they look when we create them here in the shop:

We build them from standard dimensional lumber and add a hardwood or cedar bottom, your choice, add leather lift handles to the ends,
and stain them to your liking.  We require accurate inside dimensions of your trunk - we're going to build this tray to the exact dimensions
you give us, minus 1/4" in each direction, so that it will fit into the trunk easily.  If you measure incorrectly, well, you own a nice tray.
Custom-built trays may not be returned or modified.  We price these trays according to the level of effort required to make them.
Hardwood plywood bottom trays are $150 each; cedar bottom trays are $175 each.
Let us know the dimensions and stain shade you'd like and we'll start chopping wood.

If you'd like to be able to move your trunk around without hefting it up, throwing your back out, thereby missing your chance to show that
you can still do all those old disco dance moves at your upcoming high school reunion, which means you'll never again have a chance to
show that drip you dated in high school just how far you've come in life, so then your days might possibly be spent in misery and despair or
some measure thereof, then what you need is a skateboard for your trunk.  We make these out of Maine spruce with 1" wheels on the bottom
so that it can speed over carpet or tile, linoleum or brick.  We put brass corners on them, stain to your liking, and ship them right to your door, all for $100.00 flat.
You'll have to let us know the exact dimensions of the bottom of your trunk.  We add 1/4" all the way around so that the trunk fits in easily.
Larger roller bases will also have a support across the middle (not shown in the photos above).
