Trunk Corners

These corner bumpers are comprised of very shiny plated brass, antiqued brass, or nickel on steel. They're very sturdy. Each 'ear' of the corner will extend about 2 inches onto the front, top, and side of the trunk.
These can also be used on bottom corners and they will actually lift the trunk off the floor about a quarter of an inch, so you can use them in place of trunk feet.
Each corner attaches with three nails, which are not included. Our CRNR-01 corners are priced at $15 per set of four (free shipping for USA customers).
Individual corners are available for $5 each. A set of 8 (complete top and bottom for one trunk) is $25.00, delivered within the USA.

Trunk Edge Clamps - For the Edges of Your Trunk

These fit over the end of hardwood slats that are 1.5" wide, or just put them on any edge of the trunk. We sell these individually, or in sets of 4 or 8.
They're 1.5" wide and each end is 1 and 3/4" long. Each requires four nails (no screws allowed). Choose bright brass (gold), antique brass, or nickel-plated steel (silver)

These corner bumpers are very sturdy, black finish, made for use on large musical instrument or equipment cases, but they also look pretty good on many old trunks.
Each 'ear' of the corner will extend about 2-3/4 inches onto the front, top, and side of the trunk.
These can also be used on bottom corners and they will actually lift the trunk off the floor

Brass or Nickel Automobile Trunk Corners

These are made to look like old original stock corners, made in the early 1900s for use by companies
that made automobile trunks. They're brass or nickel-plated steel.
Each 'ear' of these corners extends up onto the trunk for about 1.5 inches.
These are all priced the same - 4 corners for $12, free shipping in the USA.

Trunk Corners with Feet

Available in nickel-plated (these are the silver ones) (sold out of black),
these will run up about 1.75" on each of the three sides. The nail holes are 1.5 inches from each corner.
Sold in sets of four. Note that the nickel ones have a round foot; the black ones have a dimple,
but both work well as trunk feet. They were actualy made this way to stack together (the round one sits inside the dimple one), but
we like using them as plain old corner feet.

Standard Edge Clamps

Standard edge clamps are meant for where slats that are anywhere from 1-3/8" to 2" wide come together, or
for just about anywhere along the edge of your trunk or box. Brass-plated steel.
Each 'leg' is 1-3/4" long, and these clamps are 1-3/8" wide.

Small Corner Pieces
For Doll Trunks, Toolboxes, or Regular Trunks that Need Some Decoration

These are original old stock trunk parts, made in the 1930s and used by a trunk and case maker in New York City. We purchased them as part of an inventory clean out.
Because they're old and original you should expect them to be dusty, maybe a little surface corrosion, but they're easy to clean up with a rag.
These are brass-plated steel, roughly 1/2" wide and each leg is about 1.25" long.

Small Black Corner Clamps

Black enameled corner clamps are made for right angles and require 4 nails/scvrews/rivets to attach to your project (NOT included).
Each leg of this clamp is 1-1/2" long and 7/8" wide. From the corner, holes are at 1/2" and 1-1/16".
Hole diameter is 3/16"

Cast Brass Slat Clamp or Corner Guard

Solid cast brass slat clamps can also be used on any corner anywhere on your trunk. Very decorative, and very sturdy.
Squares you see in the pictures are 1 inch by 1 inch, to help you gauge the size of this clamp.
Basically it's 1.5" wide and 2.25" along each leg. Nice addition to any trunk or case.

Brass Corner Guards

The squares you see in the two pictures above are 1 inch by 1 inch

Decorative edges are cast brass, and that means solid brass. The plating won't fall off in a few years and leave behind a mess of rust, because there is no plating on these.
Some makers in the late 1800s used these to protect the edges of their trunks, but over time this style of edge became more decorative than anything else.
Nail them in place and then watch your shins, brother, because you don't want to smash it into one of these brass edges in the middle of the night.

Fancy Brass Corners

These corner decorations are made from stamped brass with an antique gold look.
They're about 1-7/8" along each side, 2-1/4" along the hypotenuse.

Fancy Brass Filigree

Sometimes you run across a turnk or box that just needs a little something extra. This is the extra.
Stamped brass decorative filligree is six inches long and about 1-7/8" wide.
Has a rather three dimensionsal look.
